Maker Philip Morris

Maker Details Named after the tobacconist who was from the UK. He was a cigarette importer. Philip Morris Co. was incorperated in 1902 in New York City. In 1929, the company made its first cigarettes. In 1933 the company was racially intergrated, well before the law requried it. In 1924 the company began marketing to women.
