Description A small, green square box advertising Dr Lynas' vegetable marvel soap. The front has an image of a man in the center and the brand information surrounding it in green and black lettering. One of the side panels has instructions on use as soap and the other has its use as a shampoo or hair pomade. The back panel is advertising the brand and it's high quality.

Maker Dr. J.B. Lynas & Son

Maker Details James B. Lynas M.D. started manufacturing remedies in his home after a successful medical career. The business grew rapidly and in 1874 he opened a laboratory In Logansport. In 1904 the firm was incorporated as Dr. J. B. Lynas and Son (George H. Lynas) and eventually had over 1500 employees.
