Title Vivaudou Mavis Talcum Powder Trial Size

Description A rectangular red metal canister which holds talcum powder. The front and back of the canister have a face of a woman, wings, and three flowers all in gold. They are surrounding the text "Mavis Talcum Vivaudou Paris New York." The lid is gold and when pulled off, reveals the holes were the product comes out. There is still powder in the tin. The bottom of the tin is gold and has "Can made in USA."

Maker Details The company has created by Victor Vivaudou in New York in 1915. The United Drug Company took over the brand in 1916. By the 1920s, the brand had a decline in sales and numerous scandals involving Mr. Vivaudou. By 1943, the company was a subsidiary of Vadasco Sales Corp.
