Place of Origin

Maker G.G. Green

Maker Details George Gill Green founded his company in Woodbury, New Jersey in the 1870s, after serving with the Union during the Civil War. He bought the rights to the August Flower and another linement from his father L.M. Green. Both products contain a strain of opium. The company suffered decline in sales after the FDA act of 1906, and it was discontinued in 1916.
