Title American Fig Confection round wooden box

Description Round woode box and lid originally containing fig confections made by the New England Confection Company (NECCO) in Boston. Box base (2604a) has a paper label on side which states: US Serial No. 2179 / Guaranteed under the Food and Drug Administration Act, June 30 1906." Box lid (2604b) has round paper label glued to top of lid. Label has colored image of figs and red border which reads "American Fig Confection."
