Description Green River Soda Syrup Dispenser with yellow and green ceramic base and glass one gallon jug syrup container. Label on base says "Have a Green River. For fountains, sodas, sundaes, shakes" with a landscape picture. The label on the glass jug is taped (not original) and says "Have a Green River. Ready to use syrup." then says directions and Chicago, IL. The glass container is attached to its base using blue sticky tack. There is a nozzle appendage for serving on the yellow ceramic part of the base.

Dimension Details The base of the dispenser is 11 in. The entire dispenser is cylindrical and varies in circumference due to its decorative embellishments, but the base is 23.5 in.

Maker Details Originally created by the Schoenhofen Edelweiss Brewing Company in Chicago, IL in 1919 just before Prohibition and the 18th Amendment in 1920. WIT Beverage Company bought Green River in 2011.

Notes The dispenser is in good condition. The exterior of the base of the dispenser shows slight vertical cracks on the yellow surface. The glass container has a taped on label and is adhered to the base with blue sticky tack. This container seems to be non-original and should maybe be removed.
