Title Puff Paff Boat

Description Original antique pressed tin "Puff Paff Rocket Boat. Children's toy boat which runs on steam power from water and lit candle. Manufacturered in Germany. Box (CMY1697a) is cardboard with green printed pictures of steam boats, example figure, and instructions. Boat (CMY1697b) is green, yellow, cream and red with 4 holes for windows and made of tin. Boat has an attached metal plate inside with two pipes. In addition, a tin rutter is on the back of the boat. Steam pipe (CMY1697c) is green and made of tin. Candle (CMY1696d) is melted but retains wick and metal wick plate. Candle/Oil holder (CMY1697e) is black and circular with the figure of a man cut in tin. Two additional pieces (red tray and tin bar) are included in box but appear to be unoriginal to toy (CMY1697f).

Notes Boat seems to include all parts and may still be functional. Colors are still very vibrant with little wear. Candle has been used (to run boat). 2 additional parts included which appear unrelated to puff puff boat.
