Summary good

Assessor Brenda Nemetz

Notes Enclosure is not archival needs attention. The frame is loose use caution when handling. Overall, very good condition. Wood frame is worn with surface scratches. Chips throughouh woodwork. Accretions from dust. Print appears to be slightly wrinkled. No visible creases or signs of wear. On back, masking tape is brittle and loose. Dark stains on cardboard at lower left quadrant. Dents and holes in cardboard. Along top edge of back it appears the top of the print was folded backward to fit in frame. At upper left corner the print is torn and creased, I assue it is the same underneath the tape on the top edge. Accretions from tape along back.
