Description Cardstock print, white with black ink. Has frame, painted black, wood, not original. Print is covered with plastic sheet. Back side is cardboard with nails holding it on. Print has text at top "For Assembly / (Republican Candidate)". At center is photograph of Harry M. Sheets, which wavy edged shape behind. At left of photo is text "Fourth / District". At right is text "15th-16th / Wards" Below is text "Harry M. Sheets / Primaries Sept. 6th, 1910." At left and right at lower edge are maker mark.

Notes Frame and plastic are not original or archival, needs attention. Paper is yellowed and discolored on edges. At left edge below center there is a horizontal tear in paper. At lower edge to right is a vertical tear in paper. At lower edge to left of center there is a brown stain on paper. Plastic sheet is torn with holes throughouth. Loose at upper left edge. Scuff marks on frame. On back, cardboard is creased at lower left corner.

Notes Harry M. Sheets was a lawyer in Milwaukee, WI. He was born in 1871 in Pulaski, IL. In 1894, he graduated from Dixon College. In 1895, he went to Northern Illinois College of Law and graduated in 1898. He opened a practice in Milwaukee, WI.
