Title Glass inkwell

Description Small, octogonal inkwell with metal lid. A: inwell has angled sides with narrow ledge at top that leads into small lip that the lid sides on. B: lid is metal with narrow bottom. Top is embossed with a design that has the letter" B" on either side. At center is an oval shape. The interior is blueish in color.

Notes Unsure if lid and inkwell are a set, they were found together in box. A: glass has minor wear on bottom side. On top lip there are white accretions. B: Metal is very tarnished and worn. Surface scratches. Appears that it was painted which is worn off.
