On back is tax stamp, blue cancellation date appears to be "1903". To left is Union Made stamp.

Notes Tobacco still in package. Cellophane tape attached on bottom and a piece on top that is only adhered at back of package. Tape at right side and small accretions from smaller piece of tape at right. Paper is worn and creased. Staining along bottom edge on all sides. Tobacco is stuck underneath the tape at bottom of package and lower edge of back of package.
