Title Lillian Russell Cigar Box caution notice

Description Small, rectangular piece of paper with color ink print. Caution notice which would have been pasted onto the side of a cigar box. At top is design with company logo at center. At bottom is caution notice text with "Factory No. 4 - Ninth District, / State of Penna" written. Glued to the back is a small piece of paper with logo for Lillian Russell cigars which comes out on left side.

Notes Paper has significant loss on left edge, also loss along edges. Edges have tears. Lower right edge is creased and folded. Paper is stained and discolored from liquid. Crease at center from being pasted on cigar box. Back of paper is stained, possible mold.
