Title Zig Zag Cigarette Papers display

Description A- Box is cardboard, white with blue text. The box was folded for display. Back side of box has text, "Zig Zag / Cigarette Papers / Gummed Edges Ready Creased Easy to Roll" at top center of back is company logo of man with cigarette in circular shape. On all four exterior sides there is text in blue ink. B-G - There are 6 individual cigarette packages. Small, rectangular white cardboard. Blue and gold text and graphics. At front, center is logo with text in gold around it. On all four sides is text. The back of box is a flap. Inside are three strips of paper with text. There are sheets of cigarette papers inside of each.

Maker Details In 1879, Maurice and Jacques Braunstein founded Zig-Zag in Paris, France. The papers were called Zig-Zag after the zigzag alternating packaging process.

Notes A- On back of box there is cellophane tape across top edge and white discoloration. The circular part at center is creased with small tear at left edge. Paper is yellowed and discolored. Light scratches. Wear on edges. Marks from liquid on exterior sides. On back side there is a white sticker at right edge. Bottom side of box has black staining. B-G - paper is has some minor discoloration. The back flap is slightly warped and curled. Inside, the top papers on most boxes are folded or creased.
