Summary Poor

Assessor Ben Locke

Notes This book is in very rough shape. Some of the pages are detached and it appears that mice may have chewed into them as well. The front cover is somewhat faded, lots of dust stains, scratches, and edgwear on both covers. The spine is very worn and is barely attached to the pages.
