Maker Details Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company was a firm which was the second largest manufacturer of crackers in the United States in 1912. It maintained factories in Kansas City, Missouri, Boston, Massachusetts, Chicago, Illinois, Omaha, Nebraska, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Dallas, Texas. It competed successfully with the National Biscuit Company in the 1930s. Its business was five times smaller than the National Biscuit Company in October 1932. In March 1946 stock shareholders of the Loose-Wiles Biscuit Company approved a company name change to Sunshine Biscuits, Inc.
