Title Dr. Eisenberg's Pharmacy Record Book
Description A gray and red record book from Dr. Eisenberg's office. This book has various names and charges up to page 217. On the front cover the the book is has decorated trim and window paine lines leading to the word "Record" in the middle. On the inside of the cover it has the manufacturer company name and says "This paper used in this book will give complete writing satisfaction it was selected from many papers for its fine writing ledger surface." It is No. 76 blank book and was made in either New York or New Jersey. It was purchased rom Wests on Water Street in Milwaukee. Along the spine of the book it has various horizontal lines and says Rx Record in the middle. The bottom of the spine says 500 R. The back of the book has to the same decor design, without the words.
