Notes Frame and glass is not original. Frame is in good condition light wear and dust, some scratches. Glass is in very good condition. On the paper advertisement, just above center, there appears to be a large piece of tape running horizontally. At 4" down from the top of the glass there is a discolored piece of tape horizontally which is about 4" wide. Under the cellulose tape there is a tear horizontally across entire width, appears to be some loss. 9.5" down from top of glass there is another tear horizontally about 6" diagionally. A second piece of tape at the the bottom of the sign. There is rippling, but it is unclear if it is caused by the tape. Accretions at lower right edge near corner. At top edge at center 4 holes in paper. Overall paper is yellowed and worn. Cardboard on back is worn with brown stains on top half. Holes at lower left and wear at center at bottom edge. Masking tape around edges of cardboard to attach to frame.

Notes The Victor Collar Button prevented a tie from sticking. It fastened the collar to the shirt and the other end held the bands of the collar apart allowing the tie to move.
