Notes Paper is in poor condition. There is a tear at top center through center of paper with fissues off the main tear. To right, just below center there are pieces of cellphane tape over tears. Tear to upper right corner. Tears on edges. At center, lower edge and at right edge near corner there are marks from thumb tacs with rust. Paper is yellowed. At center there is yellow staining and possibly accretions from tape. There are divots in the plastic covering the paper and tape on the edges of the plastic, possibly attached to the paper, but can't see. Frame is in good condition, some scrathes and signs of wear.On back there is a piece of cardboard attached with masking and duct tape. Evidence of liquid staining at top half and along left edge.

Notes Carl Gustave Adolph Voight and his business partner William G. Herpolsheimer purchased interest in the Star Flour Mill in 1875 eventually purchasing the company. In 1882, they merged with Crescent Mill. The Voigt Milling Comapny ran from 1881-1897, and the partnership disolved in 1902.
