Notes Small spots of rust on the white lettering and a the hole on either side. On the scroll at left there is loss of paint at the letter "M". Brown spots apparent on white areas, and discoloration The black paint has small streaks. On back, there is some glossy paint on left and right side. Unsure if manufacturer error or from subsequent touch-ups to front; at right it looks like possibly varnish. To left of center there is a white spot, and at bottom left edge. At top left there is a small fragment of paper attached to sign.
