Notes Hav-A-Tampa Cigar Company was founded in 1902 in Tampa, Florida, and it closed in June-July 2009. However, they are still manufactured in Puerto Rico. Roland Wilson trademarked the name "Havatampa" but transfered name to Jose Hilgers in 1902. In 1906, the Krause Brothers produced cigars for Hav-A-Tampa, and they registered the name "Tampa Nugget". And the Krause Brothers eventually purchase all rights to Hav-A-Tampa name. http://www.cigarcitymagazine.com/articles/history/item/hav-a-tampa http://www.tampabay.com/news/business/hav-a-tampa-closes-its-factory-ending-an-era-for-the-local-cigar-industry/1012864
