Title Lebkuchen Spiced Fruit Cakes tin
Description The item is an empty circular can with a removable lid made by the Roll Biscuit Company. The colors range from red, blue, white, and yellow. The cover of the can has an image of a crest of Two Bees. It is yellow and blue in the crest and the label above it. Stars surround the crest with a blue and yellow background. The front label of the can has a image of the spiced fruit cakes. In front of the image is the name Lebkuchen spiced fruit cakes. In the upper left hand side, it says it has six cakes. To the lower right hand side it lists the net weight of 14.5 oz and the ingredients. Below that it says the manufacturer, the roll biscuit company which is hard to read because it is somewhat covered up by the lip of the can. On the back of the can is the Two Bees crest again. Below that it states what the spice cake is good to eat with. Also, instructions on how to keep the cakes fresh. The front and back label is surrounded by red and stars. The bottom of the can is blank.

Maker Details I could not find any information on the company. Lebkuchen was invented by monks in Franconia, Germany in the 13th century. Lebkuchen bakers were recorded as early as 1296 in Ulm, and 1395 in Nürnberg (Nuremberg). The latter is the most famous exporter today of the product known as Nürnberger Lebkuchen (Nürnberg Lebkuchen).
