Notes Sign is discolored and dirty. Corners are bent. At top left corner the cardboard is torn and only afixed by small section of one layer of the cardboard. At top edge there are three pin holes and on at bottom edge at center. Edges of cardboard are frayed. Back of paper is discolored and yellowed with stain at top right.
