Summary Poor

Assessor Emily Piekarz

Notes The foundation is very wobly, as well as much paint is coming off of this. The bells also lack to make sound. However the Playskool logo is still prominently displayed and is in excellent shape. Just looking at it, the piece looks good but under further expection it needs alot of work.
