Notes Tool appears to still be functional. Cast iron shows signs of use having scratches all throughout the object and several spots such as white paint ones. In several areas, the black coat has been scratched off revealing a green color underneath. There is rust present particularly on areas near and on the base and on the bottom of the tool. Also on the bottom of the base there are several white marks and a large gold spot.
