Summary Fair

Assessor Hannah Lartz

Notes The heavy cardstock of the sign was cut or ripped in half down the center of the sign. Several layers of white tape, on the back of the sign, hold the two halves together. The hole from which the sign could be hung is also ripped, since the rip cuts straight through the hole. Some bent edges near bottom of sign. Image is clear and almost unaffected by rip.
