Summary Very Good

Assessor Christina

Notes This hat has been worn quite a bit, as you can tell by the wearing of the inner leather strap, but is still in very good condition. The small bit of ribbon on the proper left side of the ribbon around the brim is coming off a bit. The holes which allow a passthrough to tie down the added regalia are a bit dusty around the edges and the black coating has been worn off a bit where the leather tie-downs passed through. Overall the hat has light discoloration, which looks like a soft layer of dust across the hat.
