Summary Very Good

Assessor Christina

Notes The cast-iron is in good condition, although it has lost some of its luster and could use polishing/dusting; The wooden base is in good shape except the dust and fibers from the twine have begun to embed itself in the wood. The Screws may or may not be original, as they seem to be screwed in a bit off-kilter. Twine is still strong. Strudy and stable.
